Identifying key talent within the organization - training and developing them to their full potential, is a foundation pillar of Welspun’s people management philosophy.

 

Welspun believes that the real competitive advantage which would propel the Group on the exponential growth path it has envisaged would be the quality of its people, and therefore puts its talent management practices on top of the roadmap to ensure organization preparedness to achieve the vision formulated for 2012 i.e. Disha 2012

 

The key talent team comprising of High Performing members from different business groups at Welspun, are covered through an integrated intervention ranging over a period of 12 – 15 months,

The intervention focuses on building a talent pool of competence and strengths in the areas of Technical, General and People Management.

Welspun has partnered with S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR) to groom their key talent on general management concepts.

We also use a combination of developmental assignments, classroom training, e-learning, coaching and participation in special project teams to enable employees to continuously learn and develop.
